Adobe Express Lizenzprobleme

Hi, ich kann seit gestern keine Dateien aus Adobe Express mehr downloaden, weil offenbar Lizenzen abgelaufen sind. Ich habe die Vollversion und sehe auch nicht, um welches Element es sich handelt. Ich habe sogar schon alle Bilder rausgelöscht, und es ging trotzdem nicht...

Hi @beatchran

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. If your file contains any blank layers (including audio), please try deleting them and see if that helps. If your design/video contained any stock assets in which the licensing changed, they typically appear blank after the change, and removing them resolves the issue.
