Adobe Express Low Quality Downloads

I have spent HOURS and even full DAYS designing logos and products for my husbands business over the past few weeks.  Upon downloading them I find them to be less than 1 MB in size, sometimes even less than 100 kb.  I have pro, I have tried resizing the image to extemely large sizes, and I have tried downloading as a pdf and converting. I have tried on my desktop and my phone. No matter what I try, the image quality remains tiny.  Upon searching the issue I find users have been struggling with this issue for years with no fix by the company.  I sure wish I would've known about this before I wasted all this time. This is incredibly disappointing for a company with such a well known name in the graphic design world. Canva has the ability to choose quality of download, so theres no reason why Adobe still does not after three years of reports of this issue. If I am missing something, please advise.

Hi there,

Hi there,

The exported image doesn't look too bad given it's size and content. It is a 4000x2560px image with a lot of white space in it. PNG is pretty good at compressing this to low sizes without losses.

Also, please note that a new option is available to scale the output when downloading.

Regards,

Mircea

Hi

@KariLyn15

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know what file format are you trying to export in? When you download the file, is it pixelated when zoomed in, or just small in file size? Does this happen with all designs or just specific ones? Did you try switching the internet connection to see if that helps?

Ttry using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
