Adobe Express mobile — Internet connection issue

Sometimes (randomly) Adobe Express can be launched, I can’t open the application in my iPhone: a message saying that “not internet connection” is showing and the app can be used. I’m not using VPN, I have a subscription to all suite of Adobe cCC. This really annoying. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fix the issue for a few minutes, next the issue comes back. Please fix ASAP.

    I have the same issue and you can't sign out. It does absolutely nothing. And this issue is happening more and more. Canva doesnt have this issue.

    Same today! First I deleted the app and after that I was able to start for one time! But now it’s the same problem!

    I‘m using iPhone 17 pro. 
    It makes no difference, if I switch to mobile connection or WiFi. The app won’t opened at all! It's really annoying that the problem now persists all day.

    Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. Could you please let us know the model of your device? Did you try on a desktop to see if you can work on that device? Please ensure you are using the latest version of the Adobe Express app and the OS on your iPhone.

     

    Also, did you try switching the network from Wi-Fi to mobile data to check if that helps?

    The problem persists! Is there any news about this? When will the problem be fixed?

    We’re sorry for the frustration—this definitely shouldn’t block access, especially with an active CC subscription. Since reinstalling helps temporarily, it could be related to app cache or network handoff. Please try signing out of your Adobe account in the app and signing back in, switching between Wi-Fi and cellular once, and ensuring Background App Refresh is enabled for Adobe Express in iOS Settings. Also confirm your iOS and Adobe Express app are fully up to date.

    If the issue continues, could you share your iPhone model, iOS version, Adobe Express app version, and the screen recording you mentioned? This will help us investigate and resolve it faster.

    Sometimes the application can’t be used because an error “not internet connection” is shown. This is very annoying because the app can’t be accessed. The issue occurs in my iPhone—latest version. Uninstalling and reinstalling the application fix the issue temporarily, but the it comes back. I’m not using VPN software or similar. I have a subscription for all suite in adobe CC. Please fix the issue ASAP.
