Adobe Express new version is disappointing

I am frustrated with the new version of Adobe Express. The old version was way better in terms of editing and design. One of the most annoying things is that when I convert my work from PDF to JPEG, the quality is absolutely nowhere near what it was before. Here are the two images you can compare to see the differences in qualities. The first was created with the old version, and the second with the new version.

Look at the top of the "Leaders Dinner" part. Previously, it was neat and clean. And look at the second one now, which is not smooth. Why on earth has this issue not been looked into? I would require a solution to convert my work from PDF to JPEG as smoothly as possible.

Please help me with this.

Hi @Syed3186229048gg, We've been working on this bug and would require some info. Can you please help us with the following to get this resolved?

  • Provide us with an exact workflow for converting PDF to JPG in the previous version. Was it through quick action?
  • In the current version, what workflow you're using to achieve the same? (A screen recording would be easier & more helpful for this.)
  • Also, can you share the PDF you provided images of for us to replicate the issue in the same document/project? (You can send it via a private message, too.)

Hi @Syed3186229048gg

I hope you are doing well, and we're sorry for your trouble.

Please try to convert the PDFs to JPEGs using an alternative web browser, such as MS Edge, Chrome, or Safari, to determine if the quality issue persists. Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser and convert the PDFs. For reference and help, see this article: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050.

Also, is it happening with all the PDFs, or is it specific to one? Is it with some migrated projects or with all?

Additionally, if you'd be willing to provide some sample PDFs for testing, it would help us determine the issue and root cause, if any. If you're comfortable with this, please share the files privately by clicking on my profile name and selecting "message." Or, if possible, duplicate the project and share the public link with us.

While this version introduces numerous new features, a few areas might need further attention. Rest assured, we are actively working to address any issues.

Thanks for your time and your cooperation.

Thanks Anand,

This is not working. Of course, I have tried an alternative web browser. But the outcome is the same. When I tried to convert from PDF to JPEG, I got blurred and not smooth photos of my work. Here are the two photos for you to compare.

The first was created with the old version, and the second with the new version. Have a look at the top headline, "Leaders Dinner," and you will see the difference in quality.

It is so impressive for our operation to have the smooth functioning of Adobe Express. I would request that you resolve it asap or at least give my old version back so I can continue my work without compromising the quality.

Thanks,

Syed

This is unfortunate. Thanks for sharing examples. I will get this bug to the express team. Hopefully we can address this soon or provide a workaround.
