Adobe Express No Storage

I am currently having an issue with Adobe Express where I am unable to republish a webpage because it says my storage is too full, but when I go to delete files in my creative cloud it only shows my two webpages that are both 182mb and 426mb. There also isn't anything in my trashcan that I can permanently delete to solve this issue. It also says I am using 144 gb out of 102gb which doesn't make sense to me. I just want to be able to fix this issue to republish the webpage, thanks!
