Adobe Express: Not Functioning

When I open Adobe Express I am unable to use any of the functionality except for viewing previous creations. I have read online that this is an ongoing issue. Has your team been able to find a resolution for this yet?

There is no ongoing issue related that could explain this behavior (that I am aware of, at least). Could you please inlcude a screenshot of what you are seeing?
