Adobe Express Not Loading 2024 - Stuck on "Getting everything ready"

Adobe Express wont load for me. The solution in the other thread hasn't worked for me.

I have tried all the solutions in the other thread and nothing has worked form

-Diabled all ad blockers

- Cleared cached

-Disable any outbound rules affecting Adobe (The only rule I could find was called Adobe Notification Client, and dont think this would affect anything anyways)

- I have reastarted my network connection multiple times.

-Not using any VPNs

- Problem persisting in the Web app

-I am US based

This problem has been going on for some time, at this rate I may just switch to Canva if I can't find a solution to fix this tool I am paying for. Seems like many users are facing this issue, how has adobe not addressed this? People complaining about this going back months.
