I am trying to create a webpage, and previously, when I hit return after typing tex,t it would show the + sign to out in phoitos, pull quotes, video, etc. It would do the same between paragraphs when I pasted in text. Neither one of these things happens now, and I can only see the plus before and after the text. Please help!

Hi @Nicole Kraft,

Thanks for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it can be when the + sign for adding photos, videos, or pull quotes doesn’t appear as expected in your webpage editor.

A few things you can try:

Refresh the page or log out and back in
Clear your browser cache
Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome for best results)
Make sure your browser is up to date

Could you also share which browser and version, and operating system you’re using? This will help our team investigate further.
