Adobe Express not showing + inside uploaded text

I am trying to create a webpage, and previously, when I hit return after typing tex,t it would show the + sign to out in phoitos, pull quotes, video, etc. It would do the same between paragraphs when I pasted in text. Neither one of these things happens now, and I can only see the plus before and after the text. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it can be when the + sign for adding photos, videos, or pull quotes doesn’t appear as expected in your webpage editor.

A few things you can try:

  • Refresh the page or log out and back in

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome for best results)

  • Make sure your browser is up to date
