Adobe express not working 27th September 2025

Will not load any options or menu items so cannot work on any of my projects. Loads options for a new project then says unable to connect even though its 2 feet from a wifi6 router so can't even start a new project. Work's fine on my old phone which has neither latest android or express update. What do we pay for? Adrian

Im having the same issue! Its been going on for a few days now!! Im falling way behind!

Can you confirm if the Adobe Express app is still not working for you? 

 

If so, then to help us investigate, could you please share:

  • The platform you’re using (Mobile app on iOS/Android, or desktop web app).

  • If mobile, your device make/model, OS version, and Adobe Express app version.

  • A screen recording of the workflow where the issue occurs.

These details will help us look into the issue and work toward a resolution.

I cannot speak for the other party, however I am currently pursuing other
options for my video and photo editing needs. I have just had too many
issues with the software glitching, or the site crashing.
