Adobe Express not working properly

Adobe express is not loading my files. I can create a new file but when trying to use stock media, it just applies a gray rectangle. I have the premium membership and it has been like this for two days.

    I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still require help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and I sadly haven't been able to replicate this issue.

     

    It may help to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
