Adobe Express Overall Functionality

I was excited to learn about Adobe Express as a marketing and design professional who uses both Canva and Adobe products. However, I am deeply disappointed with the way Adobe Express works. Working on video projects is almost impossible because the platform is so slow and requires a lot of patience to reach the final product. I hate to say this, but Adobe Express misses the mark in terms of "Express" design. If Canva had allowed me to upload larger files, I would've used Canva instead.

Even on a project as simple as an Instagram post, dragging and dropping elements has a considerable lag time. I was encouraged to use Adobe Express because Adobe is "the industry standard" (language that keeps being spit out at me). While I have no qualms with Adobe itself, Adobe Express is just a slower version of Canva with minimal graphics to choose from. Don't waste your time...Just use both Canva and Adobe products.

The translation integration is also pretty terrible. I uploaded a document for translation; half of it came out in Chinese. The language I was translating to was Spanish...Again, don't waste your time. Just use Google translate.

Hi

@Anwen00

Welcome to the community! We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. Could you please tell us more about the performance issues you're seeing while working on the video project? Is the lag affecting specific file types, or does it happen across all projects?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser, and trying again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link: https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF, and for how to use incognito mode, check this link: https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV.

For the translation issue, could you please elaborate more on this? If possible, can you try doing it with the other suggested browsers above? If that doesn't help, can you share the document with us to investigate further?

Regards,

Tarun
