I have a catalog I am working on and suddenly I have an issue with my image quality drastically decreasing. I have saved this file as a pdf, jpeg, and png and the issue still persists. The screenshots are in the Adobe Express app, not the saved files. How can I fix this?
Thank you for your response. Per your reuqest, I have tried in multiple browsers (and different computers) and I have cleared my cache and the issue still persists. The issue appears at random to different images in the projects, and I am led to believe it is because of file size. I am only suggesting this because I have had other issues as well in the past with trying to download my project and file size has been a hinderance. This is frustrating because I have several hundred hours invested into these projects and as of right now they do not meet print quality and I am trying to get these printed soon. I have attached another example of the issue occuring on a different image. I can even refresh the page and different images will appear blurry.
Thanks for your patience. Is it happening with other projects? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps. Please ensure you're on a stable internet connection.
