Adobe Express Premium Features Not Uploading

I am creating a presentation and trying to include design elements that are inlcuded in Adobe Premium however they are not uploading into my presentation. Each design element has a red circle with an exclamation point in it (as shown in the photos). Any help with this would be great. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. There are no further details regarding the red exclamation mark, and logging in and out does not resolve it either.

Thanks for testing logging in and out. Please also check if your design contains any empty/blank layers, and if it does, please delete them. This issue can be related to assets that were removed because of licensing changes. If you're using a video file, it could be empty audio tracks, too.

Does signing out of Adobe Express and back in make any difference? If you hover over or click on the red triangle and exclamation mark, does it provide more details about the assets?
