I created a project in Adobe Express, a coloring booklet. Now that I'm ready to print I find I must upgrade to Premium-WHY? Each page was created and saved, without issue, over the past few months. I need to print the days and days of work I put into this and cannot do so. HELP!
I updated to premium express-why, I cannot fathom as these images were downloaded from the web-that makes it premium?
Now I'm using premium express, have finished my 16 page booklet, and have no clue how to print this booklet out. I get one option to print only, through my printers APP. I cannot print this from any other printer, anywhere. I tried to use a different wireless printer today and it did not give me any option but to print to "my" printers APP,. In addition, I am not given an option to print this booklet entirely. I am only given the option to print one sheet at a time, only after it's downloaded. There has to be another simplified way. Please tell me there is.
Thanks so much for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. To help you better, here are a few suggestions:
Download the Full Booklet as a PDF: Once your project is complete, tap the Share or Download button in the top-right corner and choose PDF (Print). This will generate a print-ready file of the entire booklet.
Use Your Device's Print Options: After downloading the PDF, try opening it in a native PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat (or your system’s default), then print from there. This should allow you to select any available printer, not just one tied to an app.
Check Your Printer Settings: If your device is defaulting to a specific printer app, you may need to go into your device’s printer settings and select a different wireless printer manually.
Could you also let us know which device and operating system you're using (e.g., iPad, Android phone, Windows PC)? This will help us tailor our guidance.
We're here to help you get your booklet printed — just let us know a few more details and we’ll get this sorted together.
You do not need Express premium to print, unless you are using a premium asset. From your screenshot, the curved arrow shape appears to be a premium asset (there may be more). Did you add it recently?
At the point of adding a premium asset, you should've seen the "You are previewing a premium asset.." message, and the watermark on the bottom-right of the page from that point on. Does that ring a bell?
