Adobe express profiles

This week as I opened my adobe express app (that I use at least 3-4 times a week) it prompted me to select a personal or company profile and as I chose to transfer all my personal to the business profile all my files were gone and the app started to tell me I no longer had an active premium package and had run out of space. As I logged into the administrator dashboard, everything seemed fine, but the app is still not allowing me to open certain files (on my personal profile) and the business profile still doesn't show ANY files at all. Please help / advice!
