Adobe Express - Replace Image is not working

Recently from yesterday i think, the 'Replace' image fuction not replace the old image with new one. I works like upload images, even after replacing the image, the old image exist as it is and the new one pasted on the pld but in smaller size. Please fix this issue. I fyou need more information please get bac to me.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try on Incognito mode?
