Adobe Express replace image issue

It has been more than a week where I can't replace a simple image for another.  I don't understand how much more will it take to solve this issue. Also the same for customized themes that has been taking months now.

    Is the replace button missing, or do you run into an error trying to replace the image? Either way, a screenshot would help.
