Adobe Express Scheduler Disappeared in home screen

When I log into Adobe Express in Chrome (Version 143.0.7499.170 (Official Build) (x86_64)) or Safari (Version 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9)) on Mac OS 26.1, the Scheduler icon in the black navigation bar on left had side of screen is visible for just a second then disappears. Please see attached screen recording.

I have not updated Chrome or Safari and it worked when I last used it on 20251222.

Thanks for sharing the details. It sounds like this could be a caching or session issue since it was working previously. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or logging in via an incognito/private window to see if the Scheduler icon reappears. If that doesn’t help, it might be an Adobe Express UI bug—contacting Adobe support with your screen recording is a good next step.

Hi @Amitej S

Thank you for responding - I do have mobile app running on Samsung S24 and it is not visible there either.
Yes I have tried logging out and back in again but no luck - it is still the same with the scheduler missing in Express on left hand side. My Creative Cloud plan includes Express Premium.

Sharing our knowledge today for your use tomorrow.

Hi @MagentaSA, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Thanks for posting here.

This is a weird behavior; it shouldn't be happening! Have you tried signing out and then signing back in with your Adobe account, or working in private/incognito browsing mode?

If you have a mobile device, can you confirm whether the scheduler option is available on it?
