Adobe Express scheduler posting videos at the wrong time

I was looking for a cross posting and scheduling tool for various social media platforms and found out Adobe has their own through Adobe Express. 

 

But I've been running the tons of issues. The major issue is that even though I schedule a post for a certain time, it will jump the gun and post it whenever it feels like, or not posted at all. 

 

I've also had it swap out videos I've uploaded for other videos I've uploaded previously. So, I'm trying to post video a at 12:00 p.m., but it swaps out that video for video B to be posted at 12:00 p.m. 

 

I did a quick search and didn't see anybody else having this issue. I'd like to keep using this, as it comes with my subscription. But if it's a buggy mess, I'll go to a different platform. Anybody else having this issue?

I'm using it for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. I already cleared my browser cache and I already connected and disconnected. 

The program will randomly decide it wants to publish in the middle of the night with no warning.

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been experiencing with scheduled posts publishing at the wrong time—or not at all—and videos being swapped. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

To help us get to the bottom of this, could you please share a few more details?

  1. Which social media platforms are affected (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)?
  2. Are you using the web version or the mobile app?
  3. When scheduling, are you using the “Schedule” or “Publish now” option?
  4. Have you noticed if the issue happens with specific file types?

In the meantime, try the steps mentioned below-

 

  1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your social media accounts within Adobe Express.
  2. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
