Adobe Express Security Concern

I am using an Adobe account through my company (not a personal account). I was just practicing using Adobe Express (I'm new to using it) and I noticed someone else's name floating around on my design! I did not share the design with anyone. What is going on? I have the name of the person. What do I do/who do I report this to?

This is a file that I accessed from a link in the Adobe Coursera AI class. Is it shared somehow?

Hi @Jennifer31806929hxy3, this generally happens when the project is shared with multiple users with edit access. Such files come under the 'Shared with you' option in Your stuff. (Please refer to the screenshot.) If you own the file, you can change its share access, and if you're invited to any file, you'd also have the option to leave it.
