Adobe Express stock image error

I saw that this was an issue last year as well. I was working on a project in Adobe Express and when I attempted to add an Adobe stock image it gave me he following error message "Failed to license one or more images". I've never seen this error before. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I also signed out of my account and back in.

The account******ng23@gmail.com runs on the Acrobat Reader Pro subscription. The Adobe Express Premium subscription enables users to use Stock Images.

I was told that was not the issue because my subscription includes Adobe
express. In fact, it works on my computer but not on my IPad, so it has
something to do with IOS.

Thank you for your reply, and I apologize for the confusion.

Acrobat Reader Pro subscribers can use Adobe Express, but this does not include Adobe Stock assets.

An additional subscription will be required if an Acrobat Reader Pro Subscriber wants to use Adobe Stock Assets.
