Adobe Express stopped translating my pdfs

A couple days before, I was able to translate all my PDFs using Adobe Express Translate tool, but now it refuses to translate anything. It gives me a vague error that says some kind of problem occurred or something. I would like to finish translating the rulebook below. I was able to translate two pages, but the rest is not being translated for some reason.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear that Adobe Express Translate isn’t working as expected. I understand how important it is to finish translating your rulebook, especially since the tool was working for you just a couple of days ago.

    To help troubleshoot this quickly, could you share a bit more detail about what’s happening on your end? Here are a few questions that will help us narrow it down:

    1. When you upload the PDF now, does the translation fail immediately, or does it load for a while before showing the vague error?
    2. Are you receiving the same error across multiple browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox)?
    3. Have you tried uploading a different PDF to check if the issue occurs with all files or just this rulebook?
    4. What language are you translating to? 
    5. Did you try duplicating the project?
    6. Has anything changed recently — browser extensions, VPN usage, network restrictions, or account permissions?

    Upload is successful. You can see the project URL that I've shared. That is the rulebook I'm trying to translate. 

    The error says: "Something went wrong. Please try again." It's quite vague, and I have no idea what that means. 

    I try to upload different PDFs, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I tried to reupload the same PDF, I tried to split PDF into smaller pages, I tried to upload individual pages but it was not successful. 

    I'm trying to translate it to Turkish. 
     

    Nothing really changed. 

    It would be great if you take a look at the URL above and try to translate the whole rulebook to Turkish. Let me know if you get an error or not. I ve shared the project publicly.
