Adobe express sync does not work to my ios

I use Adobe express on laptop windows 10, but my project does not appear on my phone. I set up sync function to be on, on my iPhone. I use the same account on both devices, try to reinstall the app, logout and login, but nothing helps.

This problem makes my student project work to be very difficult. I paid for the service to use it all features!  I see that this problem is existing from a year ago, and some people still have it, including me!

How can I fixed the problem for me?
