Hi, I'm a premium member and utilized a preset template in Adobe Design. When I went to download the document I received the following error:  " We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset".

Hi @David__B

Is there a way to see which asset specifically is giving a problem?

Thanks for your response

@mo_1430

,

Please try removing the assets one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.

Dear Tarun,

It's a long process but I will give it a try.
Thanks for the prompt response.

Hi @lindsey_0003

Typically, this means that the licensing for some of the assets used in the file has changed and needs to be removed and replaced. Please open the layers for the file, check for any blank layers (including audio tracks if this is a video project) and delete them. After deleting the blank layers you generally no longer receive this error. It's possible it could be an asset in the template, that is uncommon but I have seen it happen before. If you start a new project from the template without adding anything and receive the error? That would confirm it.

Could you test this and see if it helps?

Dave
