Adobe Express Unavailable

Just purchased a 1Year plan. less than 24 hours ago I had 0 issues was able to use all the tools in Adobe Express, now when I open it It just says :

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in new.express.adobe.com.

  • If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

over and over again, tried in Chrome,Firefox,Opera,OperaGX,Edge. None of the browsers work. I don't have access to another IP, nor do I use a VPN. When speaking with customer support they said the whole product is down yesterday, it is no longer down for everyone, but is still down for me... I don't have access to another ISP or seperate internet connection just the one. Anyone please help me, not going to make my deadline because I can't access a service I paid $500 for a year in advance for.

Also using Rogers in Canada, presenting the same problem, changed DNS settings to Google's, which stevemac70 & Abhi.G suggested, and this solved the problem instantly. Thank you!

So I went into my DNS settings and used the Google public DNS servers rather than the ones provided by Rogers and it worked instantly.  Complete instructions here...

I just tried turning off my rogers home internet on my computer and using my cell phone as a hotspot.  It made no difference.

Where are you recommending changing DNS - in the router, brower, compueter?  I'm on a mac and trying to figure this one out

@WillyNilly69: many users from Canada have had better luck after changing their DNS to, say,  8.8.4.4
An internet search on this should help you figure out how to go about changing this setting; if not, please post here.

Thanks

@WillyNilly69 could you cofirm which region/country you are trying to access Express from. We've seen a few region-specific issues with specific ISPs (e.g Rogers in Canada) and I'm wondering if that might be related.

Thanks,

Abhi G
