Adobe Express Video Backgroung Issue

Hello,

I was trying to remove the background in a video by Adobe Express tools. It removes the background as seen in preview. Then I select transparent background in the background options. It look fine but when I download it,  the background in the downloaded video appears black. And it is not transparent when I overlap with any other image or video. I suspect there is a bug in the export procedure. Can someone help to solve the issue please?

    Is it possible for you to share the project URL you're referring to? I tried to remove the background of a video and download it. Its seems to works fine.
