Adobe express video has been syncing for HOURS!!!! Cannot duplicate, download, or anything and I LOST the work I’ve been working on for the last six hours.

    I'm so sorry - six hours of work is a lot and I completely understand how upsetting this is.

     

    A couple of things to try right now:

    1. Keep the tab open and wait: sometimes long syncs do eventually complete. Closing the tab while syncing risks losing more progress.

    2. Open a second tab and navigate to your project from the homepage - sometimes this can force a refresh without interrupting the sync.

    3. Check if an earlier version exists: go to your project and look for a version history option, as Express may have saved an earlier autosave.

    • Browser and version (or are you on the desktop/mobile app?)

    • Any error codes you’re getting
