Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you get any kind of error message?

 

A few things you may want to try to see if they help:

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4d8K73T
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4d8K7AV
  • Try creating a duplicate of your file and downloading that instance
