Adobe Express video won’t download

I have a four-and-a-half minute video that I have worked on for several weeks in Adobe Express. I've been trying for several days to download it. When I click the download option, I get a message that Adobe is "working on it" and I should be able to download it soon. 

I've tried different browsers and four different devices. I can see the project in the Creative Cloud app on my phone, but it never opens. I can open and edit it on different computers, but none will download the project

This is very frustrating. I've spent weeks on the project, and many hours trying to get the download (also tried the share option) to work.

Any help is appreciated!
