Adobe Express Webpage Glideshow TEXTBOX

Unable to place textbox where I want. 

When I left click and move the box where I want and let go, the box does not remain where I want.

I can't resize the box.

Please bring back download  as PDF feature.

A quick screenshot or screen recording would help us better understand what's happening.
