Adobe Express will not “Caption video.” It just takes me back to the home screen. Video is 1 minute 2 seconds long. 182.7 mb.

When I choose from quick actions the option to Caption video, it loads for a moment, then just takes me back to the home screen. There is no explanation as to why it won’t complete the action.

      Hi ​@carcarw, thanks for sharing the details!

      Could you try compressing the video to under 100 MB, or ideally around 50 MB, and then run the Caption Video action again?

      If you're using a mobile device, it may also be worth trying the same workflow in Adobe Express on a desktop web browser. Reducing the video resolution before uploading can also help.

      Please let us know if the issue persists after trying these steps. If it does, share your device model, OS version, and a screen recording of the workflow so we can take a closer look.

      Hey, there. My apologies for the delayed response. It does not seem to matter what I do, it continues to not caption videos. It will, however, allow me to upload and edit a video. Captioning on desktop works. Captioning on iPhone does not.

      iPhone 14 pro max
