Adobe Express won’t export

  • I can't seem to export a PNG file from Adobe Express (using iOS 18.5). The icon won't do anything so is anyone else having an issue? This just started yesterday for me and I'm not sure what the problem is.

Thanks for posting here.

 

I tried replicating this on iPhone 12 (iOS 18.5) and could download PNG without issues. Can you download other projects to check if the problem is project-specific or happens with all projects? Also, please check if there's a blank layer in the project. If it's present, delete that blank layer and try downloading again. Furthermore, try downloading the same project from the web app via a desktop browser to check if that makes any difference.
