ADOBE EXPRESS WONT LOAD

HELLO, MY ADOBE EXPRESS IS NOT LOADING ON MY WINDOWS COMPUTER, OR MY OS TABLET OR MY ADRIOD PHONE. I'VE TRIED ON MY COMPUTER WITH WIFI, MY TABLET THAT USES CELLULAR DATA AND MY PHONE. IT WILL NOT LOAD UP ON ANYTHING. I WENT TO THE CHAT AND TRIED RESTARTING THE APP, RESTARTING THE COMPUTER, CLEAR CACHE "BROWSING DATA" WHICH WAS EVERYTHING IT TOLD ME TO DO. I AM ALSO UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH A REP. IS THERE AN OUTAGE OR WHAT? WHAT IS GOING ON?

yes, if you look at all the recent bug reports the whole app is broken. I suggest you upvote all the other bugs logged with the same error so it gets more attention
