Adobe Express Worksheet - Can't Upload PDF

Hello, 

I've tried multiple times from a colleague's and my own accounts to upload a PDF to Adobe Express in the Worksheet feature. In the recent past, I successfully translated PDFs to other languages and would like to do this again. I'm attaching a video of what is happening. PDF not Uploading 

I cleared cache, etc. Relaunced Adobe Express and tried to upload multiple PDFs.
