Adobe Express - "Your media didn´t import"

Estoy trabajando desde ayer con Adobe Express y funcionaba bien pero de repente no me dejó cargar imagenes, no me deja subir desde mi pc ni cargar las de stock. Me sale el cartel de "Your media didn´t import, please re-upload it"

Hi @RomiCapo 

 

Based on logs associated with your account, you are running into browser storage issues. I see you are using Chrome. Please try clearing some Chrome data using chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please confirm the image file format you're trying to upload? If possible, kindly share the image with us so we can try uploading it on our end for testing.

 

Additionally, please provide the device make and model, the installed OS version, and the app version. Is this issue occurring with all images you try to upload, or just specific ones?

 

Also, have you tried uploading the image from a mobile device, and if so, did you face the same issue there as well?
