Adobe Premium reduced suddenly to Free Version!

Yesterday I had access to my Premium Adobe Express. Today, Adobe has reduced my to the Free version!  What the fudge!  Anyone else have this issue - I need my account access restored ASAP!

Yes, I too have the same problem. Express is the only Adobe product I have.

I just checked the subscriptions linked to the email ID you mentioned here, and I could only find an Acrobat Pro subscription. Please confirm if you used a different email ID for your Adobe Express subscription.
