Adobe Pro Create keeps exiting me out and restarting my app any time I need to type any text in.

  1. Every time I go into my app to type in something it restarts the app and doesn't allow me to put any text in or any text out. It has gotten worse over the last few weeks to a point now  I cannot finish my flier I have restarted the app please help. I pay for this and need it for work.

Hi! Sorry to hear Adobe Pro Create keeps crashing when you try to type.

 

Here are a few quick things you can try:

  • Make sure the app is fully updated to the latest version.

  • Restart your device completely.

  • Clear the app cache if possible.

  • Try reinstalling the app.

If it still crashes, could you please tell me what device and OS version you’re using? Also, does this happen only when typing text, or in other parts of the app too?

We want to help you get back to work ASAP!

Thank you yes it happens when I go to type and use my backspace sometimes
it even crashed when I am just sitting in the app. I will try what you have
said and let you know if anything changes I am running the latest version
of IOS

Hey @magen_8040, This shouldn't be happening. Can you please share the device make and model details, along with the installed iOS version and the Adobe Express app version?
