Adobe services not working, says getting things ready and never loads

The adobe express services in the browser and app are not working. This has been happening for weeks, while it works on my phone it doesn't opn my PC and it says getting things ready and never loads. So frustrating. Can't Adobe just make technology that works smh.

me sucede igual y ya estan activados todos lo que el sistema pide, no me permite abrir el programa y ya lo desintale y volvi  a instalar. Uruguay

Sorry to hear about your difficulties, I'm unable to reproduce the issue from my side.

 

Some things I'd recommend trying that might help:

  • Test in a few different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/3Y2dHlh
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/3XKiI1o
  • If possible, try using a different internet connection
  • If you are using any firewall software, try disabling it temporarily to see if blocking access that Express needs

It's working now. Seems like something was broken on the Adobe side and got
fixed once someone noticed it on Monday.

Same thing happens, says 'Something went wrong' then goes back to Express Home on desktop.
