Adobe wont allow me to unsubscribe or use the tools due to constant error pages

I decided to try out adobe express and I got a constant error page and can not create or make anything. I tried to unsubscribe like normal, yet again hit with a never ending error loading page. I assumed it was a one time thing but every time I tried, I tried to contact support but the pages wont load! Everytime I tried anything I got the same result. After a month went buy, I got charged for a new month subscription, which im upset about and decided hey let me try to unsubscribe again. Yet again hit with the same never ending loading pages even though its been 1 month and a week since I last tried! I felt okay since im subscribed I might as well check if it allows me to create anything, yet again hit with an error notification anytime I click anything! Please release me from this, I cant make any content and I cant unsubscribe!! This is now month 2 of being stuck in this loop!

Hi @sophie_7986, this sounds extremely frustrating, especially being charged while unable to use the product or manage your subscription. That’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have.
