AdobeExpress can't download file

I cannot save or download videos in Adobe Express. I always get the message "We are working on your file. You can download it soon." Even after 2 hours it doesn't work. I also have the premium version of Adobe Express and it still doesn't work. I use the web version. What can i do?

I had already tried clearing the browser cache Edge, Chrome etc: still download errors.

Hast du bereits versucht, dich aus- und wieder einzuloggen oder es mit einem anderen Browser oder im Inkognito-Modus?
