AI file import failed

After half an hour the screen changed to import failded. It is a simple AI file which I am trying to import but it fails.

Would it be possible for you to share the AI file you are trying to import? We can test and see if the error can be replicated.

[EDIT]: I've merged your two separate posts, and updated the title of the post to more accurately reflect that this is an issue with Illustrator import.

[EDIT 2]: I've attempted to duplicate this with my own image and I'm not seeing any issue. Please share your AI file so that we can try to see if there's something in your file that could be causeing the issue. Here is my result, it took only a second or two for it to fully load:

The AI file is not getting converted and uploaded to express. The screen kept on rotating and never finishes. Even from main screen uploading is not completed
