AI generated objects for the Design a Bento Book Box guided activity are not loading.

Could you please share:

• A screen recording showing the steps you take and what happens when the project is opened.
• A link to an affected Adobe Express file/project. Please open the affected project and copy the URL directly from your browser’s address bar. This will help us try to identify what may be happening. Please send this via DM!

Hi Valerie,

I understand the urgency, especially with a week of student work involved. Since this is happening across the app, web, Edge, and Chrome, it does not appear to be browser-specific.

Please have one affected student confirm they are signed into the same school profile they used to create the project, then open the project and check File > Version history for an earlier version.

If the content is still missing, could you also share:

• A link to the Design a Bento Book Box activity/tutorial the students are following

• The approximate date and time the issue started

• The students’ computer operating system

• Whether all affected students are part of the same school or district

Please don’t post student email addresses or other personal information publicly. In the meantime, I will also escalate this internally and will let you know if the team needs further information to proceed with investigating the root cause!
