can't access quick start . Trying to make svg from Adobe express

I tried converting an image to SVG using the quick actions, and it worked fine.

Since when are you having trouble accessing the quick actions? What browser are you working on? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of the browser once to check if that makes any difference?

Can you share the workflow you're following to perform this action? Sharing a screen recording would work the best.
