AI image download is just a blank photo

I created an image using the AI generator and downloaded it without a problem. However, when I go into my computer files to open and work with it again there is no image, just the plain white background of a blank photo. With the updated AI interface layout, is there a selection I am missing or some other user error, or are other people having the same problem?

Thank you! I was able to make it work by setting the photo as the background, and then all of the layers saved with no problem.

Thank you. I was able to resolve this by making the photo the background, and then all the other layers carried over with it no problem.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I can replicate, and will have the team investigate ASAP.
In the meantime, this worked for me: after generating the image, reload the browser tab, then download.

Hello @ITBC_MagicInAction. To resolve the issue, start by reopening your project and carefully inspect the design for any blank or hidden layers that might be affecting the final output. It's also important to verify that all assets used are properly licensed and visible. Check the placement and size of your images to ensure they are correctly positioned within the canvas. Once you've made these checks, try re-exporting the image in a different format, such as JPEG, which can help avoid transparency-related display issues. If the problem continues, attempt the download using a different web browser or switch to incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.
