AI not working

Text to image and AI font effects not working. It does not generate based and returns a red triangle error. I am presented with Agree to terms. I have read and accepted these for Australia a couple of times. It appears that it is not making this feature available, even when I have accepted the terms of use.

Were you previously able to use the AI features in Adobe Express? Do you have a free plan, premium plan for Adobe Express or do you have another subscription e.g. All Apps which comes with Adobe Express?
