AI replacing elements on designs

I made 2 flyers the other day and opened them to print them and the images I chose were changed to some AI generated imaged. And if I try to add the elements I used the first time, they now show up as the respective AI images - which are of space basketball and not a cute coffee cup haha.

    Thanks for your patience. Did you upload the images from your device, or are you using the stock images? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and see if that helps.
