Airtel 1-Year Promo linked to incorrect email address during redirect loop - Need backend override
I am an Airtel customer and recently redeemed my bundled 12-Month Adobe Express Premium benefit via the Airtel Thanks App. During the account authorization redirect, the token was mapped to an incorrect email address that contains a typo, and I do not have access to it to receive the OTP. Front-line chat support directed me here for a backend engineering override to sync the token. I am ready to provide my Airtel mobile number, the incorrect email, and my correct Adobe ID via private message to a Community Manager.
