Airtel Adobe Express Premium Subscription Not Activated
I purchased a premium recharge from Airtel that offered a Free One Year Subscription Of Adobe Express Premium as part of the bundled offer. Here’s the link to the currently active offer..
The subscription was activated on my Airtel Number and Adobe doesn’t offer a login option using mobile phone number. So, I created an adobe account using email id and I updated the same email id in my Airtel Thanks App.. Now when i try to login directly to my adobe express account, it doesn’t show that my plan has been upgraded
AND
when i login via the airtel app - i.e. click Manage or troubleshoot - it opens the adobe express app but other than that there is NO updated premium subscription option
- PING PONG Setup of Airtel & Adobe Partnership
- I checked with Airtel - they said its Adobe issue as on their Airtel App, it clearly shows active..
- When I checked with Adobe support - they said its Airtel issue as their synchronization information has not been run and thus data has to be manually synchronized..from their backend
Airtel App, clearly showing an Active Subscription ( With a Valid Upto Date In the color of blood - like really dude )

Upon clicking Manage and Troubleshoot, there is no option to fix the issue or even troubleshoot the issue (Wondering if this front end was made using AI)

Screenshot showing General Account and not a premium subscription

Even though the Airtel App shows active Subscription, the Adobe app doesn’t show upgraded subscription..
My friend ChatGpt suggested the region could be a Mismatch..so i updated the region information too … (Like seriously - Airtel doesn’t even sell in US, and the app captures from where the subscription is originating.. there is a FALLBACK or DEFAULT option, just set it mate)
