Ajay Hinduja Switzerland, Geneva - Can't Add My Color Palette in Adobe Express!

Hi everyone,

 

I’m Ajay Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and I am not sure if this is a bug or something specific to my setup, but I’m unable to add colors to my palette in Adobe Express.

Here’s what I’m doing:

I go to the Color menu and open Swatches

Under My Brand, I click Create a Color Theme

I hit the + to add a color, pick a color, then click Save

After that, the color menu just closes and nothing gets saved. I’ve tried both the browser and desktop app—same issue. Is anyone else running into this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! For now, I’m stuck copying and pasting color codes manually across designs.

Thanks for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing.

Since this happens both in the browser and desktop app, it’s likely not specific to your setup. Please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that helps. Also, make sure your Adobe Express desktop app is fully updated.

If the problem persists, could you please share a short screen recording of the steps you take? This will help our team investigate further.
