All images in downloaded/exported PDF documents appear blurry, it does not matter if we are using our own imported images, or if we are using Adobe stock images. This happens when downloading as PDF Standard or PDF Print, and the problem is consistent on both Chrome & Safari even after clearing cache & cookies.
The (2) attached files are examples of the blurry image issue we are experiencing when downloading/exporting any PDF, both single pages or entire documents. We have been using Adobe Express for quite some time and have never experienced this issue before. We also noticed a change in the total file size when downloading our entire 45 page PDF document...the document is typically around 30MB, but since the blurry image issue started, the total file size for the same 45 page PDF document is 24MB. We’re not sure if the reduced file size is related to the poor image quality, but thought we would point it out.
As a Premium paid subscriber, we need a resolution ASAP because we are unable to export our PDF document/newsletter successfully and we need to distribute it to our own paid subscriber base.
